Meet the Administration of the GFS
In an effort to meet the needs of women, the GFS sought to provide safe accommodation to help young girls coming from rural areas to the city for employment.
The Central Executive Council:
The GFS is currently governed by a team of eight ladies who serve on the Central Executive Council. They are all volunteers, and regular monthly meetings are typically held on the third Friday of each month.

Publicity:
Most of the Society’s activities are given publicity through its three Facebook pages, which are very popular, especially with members of GFS countries worldwide and our Instagram account. We also publish the GFS Sri Lanka Newsletter quarterly, called the ‘Joyful Journey’.
Networking with other Organisations:
The GFS is associated with a like-minded organisation, ServeNow and has implemented a few projects together.
